Another year begins and MMC is getting ready
Join us each Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
                          6:00 PM until 8:30 downstairs at Martinsburg High School

Practice Reminders
 
  • Practice begins at 6.  Please be ready to practice at 6.

 

  • Wear appropriate work out clothes.  No jeans, zippers, buttons, jewelry. 

 

  • No street shoes on the mat and no wrestling shoes on the streets..

 

 

  • No school - No practice

 

  • Be attentive, energetic and

ready to wrestlle
